Withdrawal policy

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in particular to gift vouchers ordered online without a fixed date for the service.

For room bookings with a bindingly agreed period of stay, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
For such room bookings, the cancellation conditions agreed at the time of booking apply.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, by fax, by email or via the electronic withdrawal function below – the online form further down) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Withdrawal via the online form

Once you have submitted your notice of withdrawal, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email, setting out the content of your notice and the date and time of receipt. The subsequent processing and any necessary reversal of the transaction will be dealt with separately.

You do not need to give a reason for your cancellation.
Your statutory right of cancellation remains in force regardless of whether you use this online function.
